KELLY LONEKER~
For the past year, Kelly has been the Regional Business Development Associate for Silver Lake Bank. Before joining the bank, Kelly worked as a Sales Manager for a national jewelry store for a few years. Most of Kelly’s professional career was as a Senior Sales Director with Mary Kay, Inc. Kelly has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in Exercise Science. Besides Kelly’s faith, and her two grown children (Kylee age 30 and Keith Jr. age 27); Kelly is passionate about empowering women to embrace their unique greatness and become the best version of themselves. She is energized and encouraged by the incredible women with whom she has been able to collaborate. Elevate Lawrence is an amazing extension of this passion coming to fruition. Elevate is truly a dream come true.

KELLI HUSLIG~
For over the past four years, Kelli Huslig has been the CEO and owner of Uplift Coffee Shops and Coffee Truck in Lawrence, Kansas and recently also added 133 Coffee in Baldwin City to the Uplift Family. Before diving into the coffee business, Kelli was in education for almost 25 years as teacher and head administrator. Kelli spent over a year studying the coffee business including attending Coffee School in Texas, and Coffee Fest before diving in and doing her dream of owning a coffee shop. Relationships are the key component for Kelli that brings her joy and compels her to continue serving her community. The mission of Uplift Coffee Shop is to Uplift each customer that enters with fantastic customer service, fabulous coffee, fabulous food, and a great smile!
KRISTIN ELDRIDGE~
Kristin Eldridge came for the University of Kansas and never left Lawrence—Rock Chalk! As the owner of Snap Promotions, she brings 20 years of experience helping businesses, schools, and organizations find snappy promotional solutions that match their brand, message, and budget. Kristin is guided by her core values of kindness and service and is deeply involved in the Lawrence community, with leadership roles at the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, Cottonwood, Inc., and the Lawrence Rotary Club. When she’s not working, she enjoys time with family and friends, live music, reading, and swimming.

Tiffany believes in the power of collective energy. Especially the energy of women, gathered for the purpose of lifting one another up by exchanging wisdom. She wants to talk about your inner voice, how you speak to yourself, and where you find confidence. Elevate is one of Tiffany’s favorite words. It is both a call to action and an invitation. KYLEE LONEKER~
For the past few months, Kylee has been a Direct Support Professional for Cottonwood, Inc. She greatly enjoys this position and the organization. Before recently taking this job, Kylee has enjoyed various professions while pursuing her dream of singing in Nashville, TN. Kylee has a bachelor’s degree from Fort Hayes State University in Organizational Leadership. Kylee is passionate about making people feel welcomed and needed. For this reason, she is so excited about Elevate and this empowering group of women.
